Founded in 2017, Effortless Meetings & Events is female owned and operated. We are a small, but agile team with over 35+ years of experience and deep industry knowledge. We are headquartered in Salt Lake City with team members located in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. We are a national company that plans and manages events on a global scale.
